this this note approaches several points: strategies of information around a tool, itself included in information devices and crossed by logics of actors; information in a context of work, between practices and devices; new relations between management and information. It reconsiders the researches undertaken in telematics, around the cable networks, and in professional context. cette note de synthèse aborde plusieurs points : les stratégies d'information autour d'un outil, lui-même inclu dans un dispostif et traversé par des logiques d'acteurs ; l'information dans un contexte de travail, entre pratiques et dispositifs ; de nouvelles relations entre management et information.
